Attorney Seaver is a Graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, New England School of Law, and Tulane Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also an active community volunteer and a member of several charitable organizations and alumni associations.
Attorney Seaver is a public speaker on various legal subjects. All public speaking honoraria received are donated to Cancer Research at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has also served as a guest lecturer at New England School of Law and can be heard on Sunday afternoons on the "Legal Lines" segment of Nautical Talk Radio, WATD-FM.
